Creative Walls and Decor Products steal the spotlight at the 12th Int-Ext Expo 2024, RERA chairman graces the occasion

The Ludhiana Exhibition Centre, situated on GT Road in Sahnewal, witnessed an overwhelming response on the second day of the 12th Int-Ext Expo 2024. With a total footfall reaching the 20,000 mark in just two days, the exhibition has become a hotspot for professionals, students, and the general public eager to explore the latest trends in different fields of construction industry. Senior IRS Parneet Sachdev (Chairman, RERA Haryana and Ex Principal Chief Commissioner, Income Tax) was chief guest of second day even while Dr. Tanvir Sachdev (Principal, SCD Govt college Ludhiana) was guest of honour, ex MLA Ranjit Singh Dhillon, Architect Arjun Deep, President of LAA were other dignitaries who were present on the occasion.

Visitors were captivated by an array of creative designs, including single stone sculptures, marble handicrafts, glass-reinforced concrete wall designs, gold-foiled wallpaper, and numerous other designer products. The exhibition has proven to be a melting pot for inspiration and innovation in the world of interior design. In addition to the exhibition, the technical session 'LEMNISCATE 2024' was held at the conference hall, featuring the presence of renowned architect Krishna Murthi from Mumbai. Murthi shared valuable insights into parametric designs, contributing to the enriching experience of attendees.

Ar. Pritpal Singh Ahulwalia, Chairman of the IIA Punjab chapter and Director of Ludhiana Smart City, expressed the session's significant benefit for architects from various states and Union Territories. Over 1,000 architects attended the event, which also featured a panel discussion of women architects on architecture challenges in the new era.

Ar. Rajan Tangri, Joint Secretary of IIA Punjab Chapter, highlighted a special camp organized by the IIA Punjab Chapter in collaboration with the Council of Architects (COA). A team from COA in Delhi addressed and resolved certificate-related issues for around 200 architects on the spot.

Ar. Balbir Bagga, Chairman of IIA Ludhiana Centre, emphasized the special coverage given to the Architect Gallery 'Signature Art Gallery,' showcasing projects by leading architects nationwide.

GS Dhillon, Managing Director of Udan Media and Communication Pvt Ltd, noted the exhibition's success in providing visitors with exposure to over 6,000 products and services across different categories, making it a one-stop destination for architectural and decorative needs.

With an expected footfall of over 40,000 on Sunday, the exhibition promises to be a hub for industry professionals, enthusiasts, and the general public. The event, organized by Udan Media and Communications Limited, collaborates with prestigious associations like The Indian Institute of Architects, Ludhiana Architects Association, Club NPC India, ICCTAS, CREDAI Punjab, The Ludhiana Sanitary and Pipe Traders Association (Regd.), Ludhiana Interior Club Welfare Association (Regd.), and ICCTAS.

The 12th Int-Ext Expo 2024 will continue its vibrant showcase until February 5, offering a comprehensive platform for networking, learning, and discovering the latest trends in the world of architecture.
