A delegation of Punjab Colonizers and Property Dealers Association (PPDA) led by president Gurvinder Singh Lamba met Deputy Commissioner IAS Sakshi Sawhney on Monday. According to the real estate industry the property sellers and buyers are facing huge difficulties in getting their paperwork done as some revenue officials are often reporting late to their offices due to which they are facing huge inconvenience.
Addressing the mediapersons PPDA president Gurvinder Singh Lamba said, “Earlier also we raised this issue but situation remains same. Therefore today we decided to bring the matter to the knowledge of Deputy Commissioner and we have requested her that strict action be taken against the officers who are reporting late for duty and are remaining absent without any valid reason. Along with this we also demanded that pending mutation cases should be cleared immediately by setting up a camp as well”
On this occasion, Haibowal Property Dealers Association President Mandeep Mani, Cashier Bawa Jolly, Bhupinder Singh Nobel Property, etc. were also present.
