Members of Executive Body of Indirect Taxes Consultants Association (ITCA), Ludhiana led by President CA Sameer Gupta on Monday held a meeting on important issues pertaining to GST Notices and OTS Scheme with Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes (DCST), Ludhiana Darvir Raj Kaur.

ITCA president Sameer Gupta made positive suggestions for augmentation of State Revenue, while secretary CA Rajeev K. Sharma apprised the officers about pertinent problems being faced by their members in compliance of the law with reference to recent GST notices and requested for in time resolution of their demands.

ITCA team also submitted a memorandum containing suggestions for amendments in The Punjab One Time Settlement Scheme for Recovery of Outstanding Dues, 2023. DCST meanwhile assured the association that their issues will be looked into and resolved at the earliest.

Vice President of the Association CA Mohit Soi, Assistant Commissioner State Taxes (ACST) Shinee Singh and State Taxation Officer (STO) Bhawna Handa were also present on the ocassion. Other who were part of the ITCA delegation included Executive Members CA Amanjot Kaur, CA Pankaj Jindal and CA Veenus Arora were present.
