Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Ludhiana Zone organised a workshop on Digital Business Transformation for its members in collaboration with CT University at Avon Cycles Limited premises on Tuesday wherein 45 CII members attended the same. Addressing the participants, Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited said, " Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the core technologies in digital transformation that is helping businesses scale up. In fact, according to the latest report by Research and Markets, AI is expected to achieve a compound annual growth rate of 52 percent by 2025, indicating its rapid adoption by global businesses. AI is now being integrated into and deployed across a variety of sectors, such as national security, healthcare, logistics, and education" Pahwa also added, "With AI's ability to learn and improve with more data, it can also assist organizations in developing successful digital transformation roadmaps" Sanjeev Jain, Automation Expert & Founder - CEOITBOX shared his views on how technology is rapidly changing the world of business. He highlighted how the new technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning is changing the way how business is to be done and how it is vital for entrepreneurs to not only learn and understand these technologies but start using them along with their teams. "By using these technological pillars, businessmen can not only navigate the difficulties of day-to-day business but also evolve models that can give them geometrical growth. At the same time, allow Indian businesses to become global giants and make India proud. Instead of focusing on routine firefighting it is critical that entrepreneurs along with their teams also engage in training on these essential technologies to keep them ahead of the game and explore new opportunities and new ways of growing their business" added Jain.
