In the wake of rising recession in the chemical industry Thesocial24 spoke to Chanmeet Singh, Proprietor Ratan Singh Jaswant Singh who is into the business for several decades. The Chemical Industry in Ludhiana is considered to be the biggest industry in North India but since the past few years it has been facing a lot of issues.Chanmeet Singh stated that various industries like the textile industry or the cycle industry etc are also facing problems because of which there is less demand in the market and ultimately this industry is also affected since it is a raw material that is being supplied to the factories.

Adding to this he also said that this is a credit based industry and if there is less money flow then ultimately they have to face various challenges. This industry is considered to be valued around Rs 100 crores. On being asked about what help should the government do on their behalf to revive this industry back to its normal pace so he said that the government can take some initiatives that will help in having timely money flow in the market so that they also doesn’t suffers from any losses and through that industries and suppliers would not suffer any Gina actual crisis and they will be in a good state.
